Classic cafeteria nostalgia
The Union Mug was created out of pure enjoyment for the simple cafeteria mug. This is the Acme version of Aotearoas cafeteria mug that was created by Crown Lynn Potteries and was used by Union workers from the 1950s.

Distinctive form for tea
The Bibby Cups were inspired by an early 20th century tea cup that we found at the bottom of a box. After it was created, we thought the shaped looked a little bit like Bibendum, aka the Michelin Man. Which is where the name Bibby came from.
There is a very functional reason for the shape! The wide rim allows you to sip at the perfect temperature, while the deep centre holds the heat.
